Survive an Out of
Hospital Cardiac Arrest in the UK

According to research by British Heart Foundation

my story
On the 3rd of April 2022, I suffered an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. I am one of the lucky ones, only 1 in 10 people survive (according to the British Heart Foundation). I am publishing my story so that people are prepared for such an event and to raise awareness of how defibrillators save lives. I was living with undiagnosed Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.
